The third type of vision is obtained from Conscious Eye. Those who have a conscious vision do not restrict their perception to outward appearance or inner reflection of a person but they will have an integral vision and see the inner beauty, the all pervading divine consciousness. For people with such vision the differences in the physical and behavior does not matter. They comprehend that physical appearance, inner feelings, thoughts, ego and behavioral characteristics undergo change and transformation every now and then.
Now, since the seer has the perception got from the vision of the Conscious Eye or Divine Sight, there is no like or dislike of the physical and behavioral aspects. The vision is wholly tilted towards the indwelling Divinity. This vision is the vision of Brahman. A person with such vision is not only seeing Brahman but is also Brahman. Upanishads say that Knower of Brahman is Brahman.

An enlightened seer who has developed the power of discrimination can thoroughly differentiate between the object of attachment and detachment. In which eye does the seer perceive those two???? In Bhagavad-Gita Lord Krishna talks about the Vision of Consciousness.
What is this Vision of Consciousness????
To look at an object that is external we need our physical eye. This physical eye consists of subtle and gross matter. Subtle matter is the sensation of the eye and gross matter is eye ball, retina, etc. The vision obtained from the Physical Eye can see only the outward appearance such as the dress, jewellery, facial features, statistics, and body size. This type of vision is totally oriented towards the phenomenal world.

Those mental eyes search for the inner reflection of a person. Those who perceive from the mental eye talk and act as they believe and think.
